SuperHost® Foundations of Service Quality is a comprehensive, practical introduction to the principles of providing an exceptional customer experience. This course is ideal for people who are either entering the workforce for the first time or after a significant break, or are fairly new at working in a front-line, customer-facing role.
This course will be delivered via live online instruction with a variety of video, short lectures, activities, and discussions. Participants will walk away with a certificate of completion and a sense of confidence, knowing they have the tools to represent your company well.
Delivered virtually via Zoom, this training will take place over two half-days:Thursday, August 19 - 9am to 12pm and Friday, August 20 - 9am to 12pmAttendance both days and achieving 70% on the final exam are required to obtain a certificate of completion.
To receive this training free of charge, your business or organization must hold a Delta business license. Businesses and organizations may enroll multiple participants in this course.
